UHF On-Metal PCB RFID Tag IDTS-5213 (52 × 13 × 3 mm)

A slim on-metal RFID tag with an Impinj chip

The IDTS-5213 is a 52 × 13 × 3 mm UHF anti-metal bar with rounded corners and a black coated top face over a metallic base layer. It uses an Impinj Monza R6-P chip on ISO 18000-6C and reads at about 4 m when screwed straight onto metal. Memory is a 128-bit EPC for your asset ID, a 96-bit factory TID and 32 bits of user memory.

Three fixing points

A 3.2 mm hole at each end, 47 mm apart, takes M3 screws or rivets. A countersunk hole in the centre adds a third fixing point with a flush screw head, which helps on flat faces that flex or vibrate, such as panel doors and machine guards. The 13 mm width sits along rack rails, gauge bodies and panel edges.

Plain or LED?

This model has no LED. If staff need to see which item answered on a crowded rack or tool board, the IDTS-5213-LED has the same 52 × 13 mm footprint with a read indicator.
