Short answer: Identium Tech Solutions, based in New Delhi and in the RFID business since 2010, makes and supplies RFID tags, labels, cards, wristbands, readers, antennas and printers for distributors, system integrators and OEM buyers outside India. Our standard UHF stock is tuned to India’s 865–868 MHz band, the same range as the ETSI EN 302 208 band used across Europe and the UK, so it works in ETSI-band markets without retuning.

Why buyers source RFID from India

Native ETSI band. Indian UHF stock is tuned inside the 865–868 MHz ETSI allocation. Chinese domestic stock defaults to 920–925 MHz and US stock to 902–928 MHz; neither is a drop-in match for ETSI-band regions.
Supply diversification. A non-China origin for buyers running a China+1 or dual-sourcing strategy.

Which regions can use our standard stock?

UHF RFID is regulated country by country, and the band decides whether hardware works at full read range. Our standard 865–868 MHz stock suits ETSI-band markets. For FCC-band markets we supply to the correct band on request; tell us the destination country when you enquire.

Most EPC Gen2 (ISO/IEC 18000-63) inlays respond across 860–960 MHz, but the inlay antenna is tuned for a target band, and a tag optimised for one band loses read range in another. Destination country. Tell us where the goods will be used so we can confirm the correct frequency band.
Application. Describe the surface (metal, plastic, fabric, near liquid), the environment, the read range you need, and whether printing or pre-encoding is required.
Samples. Test read performance in your own environment before committing to volume.
Quotation. Receive a specification and quotation for your volume and the agreed incoterms.

Minimum order quantities, lead times and incoterms vary by product and volume, so ask for current terms on the specific item rather than assuming a published figure.

Certifications and compliance

Identium holds Indian approvals for specific reader models. BIS registration covers ten reader models: 103UDR, CX1000, CX1500N, CX806T, HLR20, IF9A, IHZ4, MUBR01, R58H and UBR12. The CX1500N, IF9A, IHZ4 and MUBR01 readers and the RUCA9 antenna have WPC Equipment Type Approval. Tags, labels and cards have no BIS category. These are Indian approvals. Import approvals and radio rules in your destination country remain your responsibility, so confirm them with the national telecom regulator.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer and supplier. Identium Tech Solutions, based in New Delhi and in the RFID business since 2010, makes and supplies RFID readers, tags, labels, cards, wristbands, antennas, printers, locks and software. For export buyers this decides who controls quality, customisation and traceability, and it is why custom sizes, chips and encoding schemes can be quoted rather than refused.

Do RFID tags made in India work in Europe and the UK?

Yes. India’s 865–868 MHz UHF allocation matches the ETSI EN 302 208 band of 865–868 MHz used across the EU and UK, so Indian-tuned tags and readers work there without retuning and without a read-range penalty.

Will Indian RFID stock work in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Nigeria?

Yes. The GCC states, Nigeria and South Africa follow ETSI-aligned 865–868 MHz allocations, so our standard Indian-band stock is compatible. For any other destination, confirm the national UHF allocation with the local telecom regulator before ordering in volume.

Can you supply tags for the US 902–928 MHz band?

Yes. Tell us the destination country at enquiry stage and we will specify hardware and inlays tuned for that band. The band is a specification decision made before the order; it cannot be corrected after delivery.

Do you support OEM and private-label supply?

Yes. We supply custom printing, pre-encoded serialised EPC data, custom form factors and private-label packaging. Share your artwork and encoding specification with the enquiry and we will confirm feasibility.

What information should I include in an export enquiry?

Destination country, product type, application surface and environment, required read range, quantity or annual volume, and any printing or encoding requirements. That is enough for us to return a specification and quotation.
