1. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. GST will be added at the applicable rate (currently 18% on most RFID products).
Bulk and OEM orders may receive negotiated pricing — please contact us for quotes above Rs. 50,000.
Product specifications, images, and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated without notice. Critical specifications (frequency, IP rating, certifications) are guaranteed as listed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unverified buyer details.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received (or upon NEFT/RTGS confirmation for B2B advance payment).
Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit card, NEFT, RTGS, cheque (subject to clearance), or wire transfer for export.
For corporate buyers, we issue tax invoices with proper GSTIN once provided. Always provide your GSTIN at checkout for input tax credit.
We do not store credit card information; payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post Speed Post depending on destination.
Most in-stock items dispatch within 24–72 hours; delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within India.
Made-to-order items (custom-printed tags, specific reader configurations) take 5–15 working days.
International shipping is available on request — duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Refunds

Manufacturing defects: 7 days from receipt — full replacement or refund.
Damaged in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement.
Custom-encoded or printed tags are non-returnable.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Warranty

RFID readers and printers: 1 year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
RFID tags and labels: replacement against batch defects only (not individual tag failures).
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless IP-rated), unauthorised repair, or modification.

6. Intellectual Property

All product images, descriptions, technical drawings, and content on indiarfidstore.com are the property of Identium Tech Solutions Private Limited or our licensors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identium Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
