By using indiarfidstore.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. India RFID Store is operated by Identium Tech Solutions Private Limited, GSTIN 07AAGCI6275E1ZH, CIN U72900DL2022PTC397010.

1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. GST will be added at the applicable rate (currently 18% on most RFID products).
• Minimum order: 500 pieces for tags, labels, wristbands and cards; 100 pieces for active RFID tags and BLE tags, beacons and wearables; readers, locks and other hardware can be ordered from 1 unit. The minimum for each product is shown on its page.
• Bulk and OEM orders may receive negotiated pricing — please contact us for a quote.
• Product specifications, images, and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unverified buyer details.

2. Orders & Payment

• Buy online: readers, antennas, locks, printers and other hardware can be ordered on the website: add them to your cart and place the order. You then pay the order total by NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI to our Kotak Mahindra Bank account (shown on the order confirmation and in the confirmation email), quoting your order number. No payment is taken on the website.
• By quotation: tags, labels, cards, wristbands and bulk or custom orders are placed by quotation: add products to your quote list on the website or contact our sales team, and the price and payment terms are confirmed in your quotation.
• For corporate buyers, we issue tax invoices with proper GSTIN once provided. Share your GSTIN with your order for input tax credit.
• We do not store credit card information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India by Blue Dart for next-day delivery. Shipping is charged on every order (we do not offer free shipping): for online orders it is ₹300 per kg of the order's weight, rounded up to the next kg (minimum 1 kg), plus GST; for quoted orders the amount is confirmed in your quotation.
• In-stock items are dispatched the same day once payment is received; customised orders take 2–3 days and bulk orders 7–10 days.
• Made-to-order items (custom-printed tags, specific reader configurations) need additional production time, which is confirmed at order acceptance.
• International shipping is available on request — duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Replacement

• 7-day replacement: products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order details to arrange a replacement.
• Manufacturing defects after that are covered by the 1-year warranty (see section 5) — report them with your order number and photos.
• Damaged in transit: report it to us promptly with photos of the package and product.

5. Warranty

• All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Samples are supplied at ₹250 for 1–2 samples, including shipping; they can also be collected from our office.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless IP-rated), unauthorised repair, or modification.

6. Intellectual Property

All product images, descriptions, technical drawings, and content on indiarfidstore.com are the property of Identium Tech Solutions Private Limited or our licensors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identium Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
