Do RFID samples cost anything?
Samples cost ₹250 for 1–2 samples, including shipping by Blue Dart. You can also collect them from our office at Plot No. 5, First Floor, Raja Dhirsain Marg, Garhi, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065 (please call +91 70110 01472 before visiting). We provide evaluation samples of tags, labels, cards and wristbands to serious buyers so you can test read performance on your own assets before committing to a bulk order. Readers and other hardware are not supplied as samples — they need to be purchased.
How many samples can I request?
Choose the quantity you need in the request form; our team confirms the sample quantity when it reviews your request. If you need a larger quantity for a structured pilot, tell us the test plan and we will quote for it.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Stocked samples are dispatched by Blue Dart for next-day delivery once the ₹250 sample charge is paid; our team confirms availability when it reviews your request. Custom or specially encoded samples take longer, which we confirm when accepting the request.
Do I pay for sample shipping?
Shipping is included in the ₹250 sample charge for 1–2 samples, sent by Blue Dart for next-day delivery. You can also collect the samples from our office instead.
What should I test with the samples?
Test read range on your actual asset surface, not on a table - metal, liquid and curved surfaces change everything. Also test at your real reader angle and speed, and confirm the tag survives your cleaning, washing or heat process.
Can I get a reader as a sample?
No. Samples are available for RFID tags, labels, cards and wristbands only. Readers, printers, antennas and other hardware need to be purchased — add them to your quote list or call us.
