Why buy direct from a manufacturer

Much of the RFID hardware sold in India is imported and resold, which adds a margin layer and removes control over the specification. Buying direct means the frequency band, chip, inlay, adhesive, print and encoding are decisions you can influence.

The compliance documents also come from the party that holds the registrations, which matters when your client is a government department or a large enterprise.

Compliance at a glance. BIS registration covers ten reader models: 103UDR, CX1000, CX1500N, CX806T, HLR20, IF9A, IHZ4, MUBR01, R58H and UBR12. The CX1500N, IF9A, IHZ4 and MUBR01 readers and the RUCA9 antenna hold WPC Equipment Type Approval. Tags, labels and cards have no BIS category. Do you appoint exclusive RFID distributors by territory?

Territory arrangements are discussed case by case and depend on volume commitment and the vertical you serve. Tell us the territory and product lines you want to cover and we will confirm what is available.

What is the minimum order to become a dealer?

There is no single published figure. Entry volume depends on the product line, because a reader order and a label order are very different commitments. Share your expected annual volume and we will quote trade terms to match.

Can I sell RFID hardware under my own brand?

Yes. We supply OEM and private-label product, including custom printing, bespoke form factors and your own packaging. Share your artwork and specification and we will confirm feasibility and any tooling required.

Do you supply system integrators who only need hardware?

Yes. Many partners run their own software and need only tags, readers and antennas. We help you specify the right hardware for the surface, environment and read range you are designing for.

Do you provide BIS and WPC documentation for tenders?

Yes, for the models that hold them. Can overseas distributors buy from you?

Yes. India's UHF RFID band, 865–868 MHz, is the same band ETSI EN 302 208 defines for Europe and is also used in the UK and many Gulf and African markets. Check the rules for your country on our export page and in the ETSI compatibility guide.
