RFID Supplier in Delhi NCR
India RFID Store supplies RFID tags, cards, labels, readers and printers across Delhi NCR, and this is the one region we can call home. Identium Tech Solutions is based at Plot No. 5, First Floor, Raja Dhirsain Marg, Garhi, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, and ships from there to Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and the rest of India.
This page is for the people who buy RFID in the capital region: facility and admin heads in Gurugram's Cyber City and Noida's Sector 62–63 belt, apparel export houses in Okhla and the Noida SEZ, warehouse managers on the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal ring, procurement officers handling government and PSU tenders in central Delhi, and production engineers in IMT Manesar, Faridabad and Sahibabad.
What changes when your RFID supplier is in Delhi
For an NCR buyer, the supplier is local. You deal directly with the company that makes and supplies the hardware rather than a reseller layer, and you can request samples and test them on your actual assets before committing to volume.
To be clear about it: we are a New Delhi company, without branch offices, local staff or stocked warehouses in Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad or Ghaziabad. NCR customers buy from the same catalogue we ship nationally, so a pilot in Okhla can scale to a plant in Pune later without changing tag or reader.
Access control and IT asset audits in Gurugram and Noida
The most common RFID requirement across NCR is not warehouse hardware but employee credentials and IT-asset tags for corporate offices. Gurugram's Cyber City, Udyog Vihar and Golf Course Road towers, and Noida's Sector 62, 63 and 132 IT and BPO campuses, run on card access and annual fixed-asset verification.
For door access, most NCR offices use 13.56 MHz MIFARE Classic or DESFire cards, or 125 kHz proximity cards, depending on the installed panel. We supply blank and printed RFID cards in bulk, with custom printing and numbering, matched to the chip your existing controller reads.
The other half of that spend is IT asset tracking. A BPO floor in Noida or a shared-services centre in Gurugram holds thousands of laptops, monitors and switches, and auditors want a physical verification trail. An RFID asset management system with a handheld reader turns a multi-week manual count into a walk-through of each floor.
Apparel export units in Okhla, NSEZ and Udyog Vihar
Delhi NCR is one of India's densest garment export clusters, and the RFID requirement there usually comes from outside. Overseas retailers increasingly require item-level EPC encoding on hangtags before they accept a shipment, so export houses in Okhla Phase I–III, the Noida SEZ or Udyog Vihar have to encode and verify tags in-house. That workflow needs three things:
- GS1-compatible UHF RFID inlays and labels sized for hangtags
- An RFID printer-encoder that writes each SGTIN as the label prints
- A handheld reader for carton audits before the container leaves for ICD Tughlakabad or IGI air cargo
Domestic brands sourcing from Gandhi Nagar, one of India's largest garment markets, now want the same tags for store stock counts. Our RFID guide for apparel and fashion covers encoding standards and tag placement in detail.
E-commerce and quick-commerce warehousing across NCR
NCR carries a large share of India's fulfilment capacity, spread across state lines: the NH-48 belt beyond Manesar, Bhiwadi on the Rajasthan edge, and Greater Noida and Dadri near the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Inside Delhi, quick-commerce dark stores sit in residential pockets with no floor space to spare.
The two formats need different hardware. Fulfilment centres want fixed RFID gate readers at dock doors, capturing cartons without a scanning stop. Dark stores and small 3PL units get more from RFID handheld readers for daily cycle counts: there is no room for a portal, and stock accuracy rather than throughput is the problem.
Government, PSU and institutional tenders in Delhi
Central Delhi has a concentration of public buyers found nowhere else in India: ministries, CPWD, PSU head offices, central universities and large public hospitals, most buying through GeM or open tender. RFID appears in those tenders for file tracking, library circulation, campus access and fixed-asset verification.
The clause that trips up most bidders is certification. UHF readers operating in India's 865–868 MHz band need WPC Equipment Type Approval, and many tenders also ask for BIS registration and a Make in India declaration. Check each document against the exact reader model in your bid.
Ten of our reader models (103UDR, CX1000, CX1500N, CX806T, HLR20, IF9A, IHZ4, MUBR01, R58H and UBR12) are BIS-registered under BIS registration. The CX1500N, IF9A, IHZ4 and MUBR01 also hold WPC ETA. Details are on our certifications page.
Our explainer on WPC ETA and BIS compliance for RFID readers sets out which document answers which clause.
Manufacturing: IMT Manesar, Faridabad, Sahibabad and Bawana
NCR manufacturing runs on auto components, sheet metal, electrical goods and light engineering: tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers around IMT Manesar and Faridabad, switchgear makers feeding the Bhagirath Palace trade in Chandni Chowk, and the SME estates at Bawana and Sahibabad.
Because those assets are metal, ordinary labels fail. WIP trolleys, returnable bins, dies, jigs and tool cribs need on-metal RFID tags designed to read when mounted on metal, fixed to the part or its carrier. Read points at each station then show live WIP position without anyone typing, which is the usual entry point for an NCR plant moving toward Industry 4.0 reporting.

What to send us for an NCR quote
Quotes are accurate when we know the physics and the volume, not just the product name. For a Delhi NCR enquiry, tell us:
- What you are tagging: cartons, garments, laptops, metal trolleys or linen
- The surface: plastic, cardboard, metal or liquid-adjacent
- The read distance, and whether it is a doorway, a handheld walk-past or a desktop encode
- The systems the reader must talk to: access panel, WMS, ERP, or nothing yet
- Annual tag volume, even roughly, and whether encoding happens at your site
- Any tender or customer clause you must satisfy (WPC ETA, BIS, GS1 EPC)
With that, we can recommend the right tag type and a reader matched to the read geometry, and quote for your quantity; see bulk RFID pricing for larger orders. It is better to test samples on your own trolleys, hangtags or laptops than to buy the wrong tag twice.
