Delivery Information

India RFID Store ships RFID products from New Delhi to customers across India. Here is how shipping, delivery and samples work.

Shipping within India

• Courier: we ship by Blue Dart for next-day delivery.
• Shipping charges: shipping is charged on every order — we do not offer free shipping: for online orders it is ₹300 per kg of the order's weight, rounded up to the next kg (minimum 1 kg), plus GST; for quoted orders the amount is confirmed in your quotation.
• Dispatch: in-stock items are dispatched the same day once payment is received; customised orders take 2–3 days and bulk orders 7–10 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Made-to-order items (custom-encoded or printed tags, printed wristbands, specific reader configurations) need production time, which is confirmed when we accept the order.
• Tracking: you receive the Blue Dart tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Returns & replacement

Products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order details and we will arrange the replacement.

Warranty

All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our terms for details.

Orders outside India

For orders outside India, shipping is quoted per order based on weight and destination. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility.
