Delivery Information
India RFID Store ships RFID products across India and worldwide. Here is what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Shipping Within India
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days for in-stock items.
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 1–3 business days.
- Tier-2 cities and other locations: 3–5 business days.
- Remote / North-East / J&K: 5–8 business days.
- Made-to-order items (custom encoded tags, printed wristbands, specific reader configurations): 5–15 working days production + standard shipping.

- Specialised freight (for shipments above 50 kg or large readers)
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 15,000 within India.
- Standard shipping charge: Rs. 150–500 depending on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Heavy items (gate readers, multiple printers) — actual freight charged based on courier quote.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below Rs. 25,000 within India (additional Rs. 100 COD fee may apply).
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries via DHL, FedEx, or India Post Express.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days for most countries; 10–20 business days for remote regions.

Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number once your order ships.
- Track on the courier website using the provided AWB number.

Delivery Issues
- Damaged in transit: Report within 48 hours with photos for free replacement.
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days for free replacement.
- Lost in transit: If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days within India, contact us — we will investigate with the courier and either resend or refund.
