Overview
A four-hole UHF RFID PCB tag for non-metal assets
The IDTS-7030 is a 70 × 30 mm PCB plate only 1.7 mm thick, with a 3.2 mm hole in each corner on 64 × 24 mm centres. Four fixing points hold the plate flat against the surface, which helps on returnable crates, plastic pallets and carriers that are stacked, dropped and washed every cycle.
Plastic, wood and composites, not metal
This is not an anti-metal tag. It is meant for moulded plastic, timber, GRP and composite panels and polycarbonate enclosures. On those surfaces it reads at approx. 6 m, enough for dock-door portals and conveyor readers as well as handheld counts. If the asset is steel or aluminium, choose from the on-metal RFID tags instead.
Heat rating and data
The −20 °C to +150 °C rating lets the tag stay on jigs and carriers in warm process areas, provided temperatures stay within +150 °C. The Impinj Monza R6-P chip on ISO 18000-6C provides a 128-bit EPC, a 96-bit TID and 32 bits of user memory. For crate and pallet tracking, see RFID in logistics and supply chain.
