The ID-C6012 is an ultra-compact ceramic UHF RFID tag engineered for direct-on-metal mounting and harsh-environment asset tracking. At just 4 x 4 x 3 mm, it is one of the smallest ceramic RFID tags available, making it ideal for tracking surgical instruments, small metallic tools, bearings, auto spare parts, and weapon components where space is extremely limited.
Built on a robust ceramic substrate, the ID-C6012 is fully biocompatible and has been validated to survive repeated autoclave sterilisation cycles (up to 250 °C), aggressive industrial chemical washes, and extreme temperature fluctuations. It carries FDA compliance and ATEX certification, qualifying it for use in regulated healthcare and explosive-atmosphere industrial environments.
