The Identium IL868 invisible cabinet lock is mounted inside the drawer or cabinet and opens when an authorised card, wristband or keyfob is presented within about 5 cm. A motor-driven stainless steel latch releases the door, so no visible keyhole or handle lock is needed on the furniture.

Which cards can open the invisible cabinet lock?

The IL868 RFID cabinet lock works with 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz credentials using the ISO 14443A air interface, so HF or NFC cards at 13.56 MHz and LF cards at 125 kHz can be used. Cards, wristbands and keyfobs are all supported as unlocking methods.

Does the RFID cabinet lock need wiring or a power supply?
