IDTS-LWB52: a remote-controlled LED wristband on a hook-and-loop strap
The IDTS-LWB52 is a remote-controlled LED wristband on an adjustable nylon hook-and-loop (Velcro-type) strap, with the same four RGB LEDs, 15 colours, 15 flashing modes and 10 zones as the silicone IDTS-LWB15R.
Running the show from the IDTS-LWC10 controller
From the IDTS-LWC10 controller an operator sets a colour and effect for each zone, so blocks of seating can show different colours or run a wave. If your lighting crew runs a DMX512 console, its output goes into the controller and the bands change with the stage cues; allow 40 DMX channels for the wristband system. With no lighting crew, a music feed plugged into the controller’s audio input makes the bands flash to the beat.
Where the hook-and-loop LED wristband fits
Among our LED wristbands for events, this is the one-size option: for college fests, school annual days and family concerts you order one model instead of splitting quantities between adult and children’s sizes.
For brand activations, the logo can be laser-engraved on the strap as well as printed on the housing. With the optional RFID/NFC chip, the same band can also work at the gates of an RFID event management system.
IDTS-LWB52 or the silicone IDTS-LWB15R?
Pick the IDTS-LWB15R if you want the whole translucent band to glow, in separate adult and children’s sizes, with a security-screw battery cover. Pick the IDTS-LWB52 for one adjustable size and a logo engraved on the strap; it also offers a sound-activated mode and button lighting for when no one is running a controller.

Frequently asked questions
Does one strap size fit adults and children?
Yes. The nylon hook-and-loop strap adjusts from a small to a large setting, so the same band fits adults and children and you do not have to split your order between sizes. If you prefer a silicone band that glows all over, the IDTS-LWB15R comes in separate adult and children's sizes.
Can the IDTS-LWB52 work without the IDTS-LWC10 controller?
Yes, in a simpler way: it can be lit with its button or set to its sound-activated mode, where it reacts to the sound around it. Zoned colours, controller effects, music sync from an audio feed and DMX control need the IDTS-LWC10. For a party where no controller is planned at all, the IDTS-LWB15S is the sound-activated silicone option.
How long do the batteries last, and can they be changed?
Plan on 4–6 hours of continuous lighting; the factory quotes up to 8–10 hours depending on the mode, and standby is up to 6 days. The band runs on two CR2032 coin cells in an openable battery compartment, so you can fit fresh cells and reuse it. Bands ship with the cells fitted and an insulating pull-tab, which you remove before the event.
Can our logo go on the strap?
Yes. A logo can be laser-engraved on the nylon strap and printed in full colour on the housing, and band colours can be customised. Send your artwork and the colours you want with your enquiry.
Can the same wristband be used for entry or cashless payments?
Yes, if you order it with the optional RFID/NFC chip built in; the chip type is confirmed in your quotation. Tell us which event system or readers you use so the chip matches.
