The RFID 3050 Qstar is a large 865 MHz UHF inlay on the Qstar chip platform, built for long-range carton and pallet reads. This 3050 Qstar RFID inlay is rated at up to 7 m depending on antenna and environment, which hands dock-door portals and forklift-mounted readers the margin they need when cartons sit two or three deep on a pallet. Supplied as an inlay for automatic label application, it uses a flexible, thin substrate that copes with corrugated board and shrink-wrap and follows EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C.
