Four antenna zones cover most real installations, and the ICL4P is the 4 port UHF RFID module built for them. Based on the Impinj E710 with read distance up to 20 m and 700 reads per second, it gives an integrator the same engine as the larger boards in a smaller, cheaper footprint: one dock door with four antennas, or four separate single-antenna points fed from one Linux board. The ARM9 CPU runs continuously, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, WiFi and PoE are supported, and SDKs for all languages mean the module can be commissioned and read from whatever stack your product already uses.

Mounting, encoding and reading notes

Fix the board on standoffs inside your panel and give the RF section air and clearance from switching supplies.
