UHF RFID sticker for goods and supplier packs

The 9508-M4 is a paper UHF sticker on the M4 chip, meant for suppliers who must send goods to a retailer or distributor already tagged. It comes as a printable roll, so the pack label is printed, encoded and applied in one step, either by hand at a packing table or from a print-and-apply head on a line.

Printing and applying

Load the roll, calibrate the printer to the inlay pitch and write each sticker's EPC as it prints. Press the sticker onto a dry, dust-free face of smooth card or plastic. Where packs are stacked, stagger the sticker position so antennas do not sit directly on top of each other. Keep it off foil-lined and liquid-filled packs unless a spacer is used.
