Overview
What the UW01 UHF RFID wristband is for
The UW01 is a passive UHF wristband for places where people pass a fixed reader instead of tapping a pad: festival gates, resort zone entrances, water park attractions and staff entrances. At 0.5–2 m, depending on the reader antenna gain, a guest walks through an entry lane with the band on the wrist and is logged without stopping.
Built for a full day at the venue
The band is moulded in one piece from hypoallergenic, medical-grade silicone and rated IP68, so pools, rain and sweat do not stop it being worn. The snap closure adjusts to most adult wrists and lets check-in staff band guests quickly.
Printing and colour coding
Each UW01 can carry your logo, the event name and a printed barcode. The barcode gives a visual and scan backup at a manual counter, while the EPC number in the chip drives the automatic reads. With more than ten standard colours, ticket types or zones such as VIP, staff and day pass can be told apart at a glance.
Readers to pair it with
Use a fixed UHF reader or a UHF gate reader at entry lanes and a desktop UHF reader to verify bands at the issue desk. If you need HF or a longer range, compare the other silicone RFID wristbands, or plan your rollout with our RFID for events guide.
