ID-7320-U8: a slim anti-liquid UHF RFID tag for bottles

At 70 × 10 mm, the ID-7320-U8 is a narrow anti-liquid UHF RFID tag for items where width is the constraint: small bottles, slim pharma and cosmetic packs, and similar liquid-filled products. The 10 mm strip can run along the side of a bottle or below the neck without covering the brand label, batch number or expiry date. It reads at up to 8 m depending on the reader, antenna and placement.

UCODE 8 or UCODE 9: which memory you need

The tag is listed with both NXP chips. UCODE 8 gives 128 bits of EPC memory; UCODE 9 gives 96 bits. A 96-bit EPC holds the GS1 SGTIN-96 code used by most retailers and brand owners, explained in our SGTIN-96 encoding guide. If your software uses a longer identifier, ask for UCODE 8 when ordering.
