Overview
ID-L6020 sew-in UHF RFID laundry tag with NXP UCODE 8
The ID-L6020 is a 60 × 20 mm stitched tag and the only ID-L laundry tag built on the NXP UCODE 8 chip. It is aimed at large flat linen and heavy items such as bed sheets, duvet covers, bath sheets and blankets, which are usually counted by the cage or trolley rather than piece by piece.
Chip and size
UCODE 8 and UCODE 9xe are both EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C chips, so the ID-L6020 reads on the same UHF readers as the rest of the series and can share one linen database. A larger tag antenna generally helps when items are folded into thick stacks. Rated read range is up to 8 m, depending on reader, antenna and environment.
Sewn or iron-on?
