Overview
Slim 70 × 10 mm iron-on UHF RFID laundry tag
The ID-L7010 is the longest and narrowest tag in the ID-L laundry range: 70 mm long and only 10 mm wide. That shape follows the line of a waistband, cuff, collar band or hem, where a wider tag would overlap a seam. It is heat-applied, so finished garments can be tagged at a press without unpicking or stitching anything.
Good fits for a narrow tag
- Uniform trousers and skirts, inside the waistband
- Chef whites, lab coats and scrubs, inside a front placket or lower hem
- Staff shirts and tunics, along the collar band
- Aprons and narrow linen such as table runners
Before you roll out
Press the tag onto a single, flat layer of fabric rather than across a seam allowance, and trial temperature and press time on each fabric type. Encode the EPC first so the garment is registered from day one. Range is up to 8 m in open conditions and shorter in packed, damp bundles.
