UFLT-7515 UHF fabric laundry tag for linen and uniforms
The UFLT-7515 is a 75 × 15 mm flexible textile tag for items that are washed, dried and ironed again and again. It carries an NXP UCODE 8 chip, is rated for 200 wash cycles and IP65, and tolerates 200 °C for up to 10 seconds, so ironing does not end its life. At 2.75 g it adds almost nothing to a sheet, towel or shirt.
Laser-marked for people and readers
The white face can be laser-marked with a serial number or QR code. Staff can read the code by eye or with a phone camera while the RFID reader picks up the EPC, which helps when a count is disputed or an item has to be checked at a counter that has no reader.
How it fits a laundry workflow
- Tag. Sew one tag per item into a seam or hem, in the same position for each item type.
- Register. Link each EPC to the item, owner or client in your software.
- Count. Read soiled and clean batches with a UHF handheld or a fixed reader at sorting and dispatch; the tag reads at up to 6 m.
