Overview

Where the C03 UHF silicone wristband fits

The C03 is a reusable silicone band with a UHF inlay sealed inside a smooth, low-profile strap. Because the chip is UHF, a fixed reader at an entry lane can pick it up at 0.5–1.5 m, so guests keep walking instead of stopping to tap. That suits ticketed events, festivals, water parks and resorts that push large crowds through a few entry points.

Fit and handling at check-in

The adjustable snap-fit closure lets counter staff fasten and remove bands quickly across different wrist sizes. With an IP68 rating, the band can stay on in pools, showers and monsoon rain. The eight standard colours are useful for colour-coding zones or ticket types: staff check access at a glance, while the RFID number does the actual verification.

Readers and registration

The inlay follows EPC Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) on India's 865–868 MHz band, so it works with standard UHF readers. Read distance depends on reader power, antenna gain and how the band sits on the wrist, so test it at your own gate layout. A UHF desktop reader at the counter is a simple way to link each band to a guest record. For a full event setup, see our guide to RFID for events and festivals, or compare other silicone RFID wristbands.

Typical applications

  • Event entry gates

Frequently asked questions

What is the read range of the C03 wristband?
The C03 reads at 0.5–1.5 m from a standard UHF RFID reader. Actual distance depends on the reader's power and antenna gain and on how the band sits on the wrist, so test it at your entry lane before a large event.
Is the C03 wristband waterproof?
Yes. It is IP68 rated, so guests can wear it in pools, showers and rain. That makes it suitable for water parks, resorts and outdoor events during the monsoon.
Which readers work with the C03?
Any standard UHF RFID reader that supports EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C on 865–868 MHz. A UHF band is not read by HF or NFC readers, phones or 125 kHz locker locks; for those systems, choose an HF or LF wristband instead.
Can C03 bands be printed with our logo?
Yes. The C03 comes in eight standard colours, custom colours can be made on bulk orders, and custom logo printing is available. Share your artwork, colours and quantity when you request a quote.
