Why events use Tyvek RFID wristbands

A Tyvek or paper RFID wristband is the event-day consumable of the disposable RFID wristbands range: issued at the gate, worn for one event, then cut off and thrown away. It closes with an all-round, single-piece fastening, and the RFID chip in the band handles entry, payments and identification at concerts, festivals and venues.

Print and colour for each event

Print and colour options are customised per event. A common approach is to give each day, ticket class or zone its own colour so staff can spot the wrong band at a glance, while the chip does the actual check at the gate or cashless counter. Sponsor logos and numbering can be added to the same artwork.

Making it work with your system

Tyvek bands are meant to fit into different systems: access gates, cashless payment points and visitor registration.
