Overview
What a fabric RFID wristband offers
The IDTS-RFW combines a woven strap with a small PVC card that carries the RFID chip. Fabric is soft and non-allergic against the skin, which is why organisers choose it when guests must keep a band on for several days, as at music festivals, resorts and multi-day sports meets. It is dust and water proof, so it keeps working through rain, sweat and water rides.
Two surfaces to brand
The strap and the card are printed separately. The 350 × 15 mm strap takes heat-transfer printing for event names, sponsor logos or day colours, while the PVC card is printed in four-colour offset or digitally. Pick the 40 × 25 mm or 35 × 26 mm card depending on how much artwork and numbering it needs to carry.
Chip options
- UHF (Alien Higgs 3): read at a distance for festival gates and crowd counts.
- HF 13.56 MHz: NTAG203/213, I-CODE, MIFARE Ultralight or MIFARE Classic 1K for cashless top-up points, NFC phones and RFID lockers in gyms and spas.
- LF: for venues whose locks and door readers already run on low frequency.
